GUEST NOTICE -

- A ring bell is located just outside the property, by the front door entrance. Please note this is strictly outside the premises. 

- All guests are required to provide a valid photo ID prior to check-in. This can be sent via email or text message as a part of our guest verification process. 

- Check-out time is strictly by 11:00 am. A £100 late check-out fee will apply if guests remain on the premises past this time without prior approval. 

- A £50 fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys.
